Surprise, surprise, hundreds of condos are in foreclosure and plenty of them along Brickell.

People gamble, either at casinos, or the stock market or (used to be the safe bet) real estate. Who knew that the bottom would fall out? It was bound to happen, since the balloon was SO big.
This real estate issue is affecting us all -- even if we didn't speculate. Property values have taken a HUGE tumble.
We need to post pone any selling of homes until this thing is over -- we will ride it out. Young couples that are ready to sell their condo in order to get into bigger family homes will have to bide their time.
It's not good for anyone -- except buyers who might get a good deal on a home.
