Let Ricky play
Now that the NFL has given the green light allowing Ricky Williams to play, the Dolphins should give him a chance. The Fins can use all the help they can get.
But does Ricky deserve it?
Yep -- on one condition: he's assigned a chaperone, paid from his salary. Better yet, make his comeback a reality show. Proceeds can go to charity. Regardless of the outcome, his story may make a great lesson for wannabe athletes.

I know that the NFL is a business and needs to be run with the "bottom line" in mind, but my concern is what the re-instatement of this admitted drug abuser is being sent to our children.
We have Barry Bonds breaking records and making a fortune, even when everyone is aware of how he is a cheater. Hopefully, he will pay the price for being a liar -- at least we have a life lesson there!
Ricky, Lyndsay, Britney and all of the other "celebrity" drug users are sending the wrong message to our young people.
Ricky is no different.
