Siesta time

I've long advocated institutionalizing siesta time -- a short break in the middle of the day, right after lunch -- so we can crash when our eyelids get too heavy to hold up. My friends always laughed at me. Now finally I'm vindicated.
Researchers say naptime might prevent heart attacks.
ZZZZZ anyone?

I'm with you! Nothing like a cat nap to refresh and renew.

I try to get 10-15 mns in - after lunch and before going back into the salt mines. It is incredible what a huge difference that little nap can make.

The days that I have to go without - I am really dragging after 4 pm.

I vote yes! SIESTAS FOR ALL!!!
