Unfortunately, I once caught a small bit of her show - as I wandered through channels. My impression of this woman and her friends is that they are all low lifes. They make Britney Spears look very sophisticated.
I think that, perhaps, her ex-boyfriend is concerned that his baby will be raised by these freaks. It is reasonable to think that he would want to establish paternity in order to be granted custody. There is no way any judge would choose to hand the poor baby over to this sleeze, given an alternative parental home.
It may not be money - it may be a rescue attempt.
By the way, no one is buying the story from her attorney - his body language gives him away.
